REFUND POLICY
At California DreamScapes, each piece is crafted to order, tailored exclusively for you once your purchase is confirmed. As a result, we are unable to accommodate refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders. Changes or cancellations to orders cannot be processed after 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you realize an error with your order, please reach out to us promptly at support@californiadreamscapes.com.
In rare instances, products may incur damage during transit by our shipping partners. Should you receive damaged items, kindly provide us with detailed, clear images of the damage, including the packaging, at support@californiadreamscapes.com. Depending on the extent of the damage, California DreamScapes may opt to repair or replace the affected product(s) at our discretion following a thorough review of the submitted photos ("Damage Review"). By requesting a Damage Review, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1) images of damaged areas must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format; 2) photos of the damage must be received within seventy-two (72) hours of the indicated delivery date by the shipping provider; 3) images must be taken immediately upon receipt of the product(s), without installation or placement; 4) a Damage Review typically takes thirty (30) business days, and we may choose to repair or replace the damaged product(s) at our discretion; and 5) the delivery of replacement product(s), if any, is subject to current manufacturing capacity, inventory availability, and shipping timelines. You may be responsible for return shipping costs if California DreamScapes decides to repair or replace the product(s).
